the room had a wonderful view, i guess, and it was clean enough.
i found the receptionist to be less than helpful. i wanted a breakfast box due to my early departure, since i paid for it! they said it isn't allowed to take food out of the restaurant, and no refund, of course.

Fantastic Stay Near the Imperial Palace!

The location was superb, right next to the Imperial Palace. I enjoyed a morning jog around the palace grounds. Staff promptly brought my luggage to my room after storing it before check-in.
The room was a bit compact. There wasn't much space for two people with luggage.

The room was very clean and well kept. The housekeeping was perfect. I had a view of the city from my window, and it was fine. The room had amenities, including a hairdryer, toiletries, and complimentary water.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, always ready to help. They were quick and attentive, especially at breakfast. I needed an iron and they promptly provided one. It was excellent service.
